The reference can be found on the inside of your glasses, often near the bridge.
It normally starts with a number and has 5 to 7 characters.
E.g.: 2FA02 or 3AS01D
Don't enter the reference shown on the temples, this is for the temples only and not for the frame ;)
Can't find it? You can:
> Ask for help from your nearest Dilem® brand optician
or
> Find your glasses and their reference in the "Frames" tab of this website. They will only be shown if they're still available in our collection
or
> Send us a photo of your glasses via this contact form.
